Once we receive your information, the drawing can begin! Your child’s face, their favorite toy, their cuddly toy, etc. Once the poster’s design is complete, it is printed directly in our workshop on recycled designer paper. A lovely package, a sweet note, and it’s shipped to you.

“By purchasing a personalized Pastine poster pack, you have the opportunity to track your child’s growth according to your preferences. Simply select the pack you want from the store. The packs consist of 4 personalized posters + 1 birth poster if you wish. You order the first poster directly. We then send you the codes to personalize and order the other posters whenever you wish, adding options if desired. Shipping for all posters ordered through a pack is free within mainland France.

To get an accurate and lifelike drawing, we ask you to send the clearest photos possible (of your child, cuddly toy, toy, or pet). The photo of your child should be in color and have good lighting so we can accurately reproduce their hair, eye, and skin colors. The face should be visible, taken straight on, and smiling (unless you’d like a poster of your child pouting, you do you!). The photo of your pet should allow us to see its entire fur and face. For the photo of the favorite mischief, provide a photo of the mischief as it is. This will be the image represented on the thumbnail. Here are a few examples:

If the photos sent are of poor quality, we will contact you to inform you and request new ones. This will delay the processing time of the order.

All your personal photos that you send us are stored on a secure server from our French hosting provider OVH. They are used solely for the creation of personalized posters. They are kept for two years, in accordance with legal warranties, and are then deleted.

Creation times are between 10 to 20 business days after order confirmation, depending on the period. Delivery is then made via Colissimo within 2 to 3 business days in mainland France, 5 to 7 business days in continental Europe and the French overseas territories, and 7 to 10 business days for the rest of the world. All specific order deadlines (Mother’s Day, holiday season) will be displayed on the website and our social media so you can place your order on time. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Pastine will then create your personalized poster by hand within 10 to 20 business days, depending on the activity period. Feel free to contact us for more information on current creation times. When the poster is ready, we will ship it with our Colissimo delivery service. A tracking number will be available in your customer account under the ‘Orders’ tab, and an email informing you of the shipment will be sent to you.

Our paper is sourced from a French company located in Vaucluse, specializing in 100% recycled paper. We have chosen a beautiful 240g fibered milk paper, FSC certified, and made entirely without chlorine in the Netherlands. It is pH neutral. Multiple fibers are embedded in this beautiful recycled paper, giving it a lovely natural, fine, and elegant appearance.
