Once we have received your information, the drawing can begin! Your child’s face, favorite toy, cuddly toy, etc. When the poster design is finished, it’s printed directly in the Pastine workshop, on creative recycled paper. A pretty wrapping, a sweet note and it’s shipped to you.

Buying a Pastine personalized poster pack gives you the opportunity to follow your child’s progress as you wish. All you have to do is select the pack you want from the store. The packs consist of 4 personalized posters + 1 birth poster if you wish. You order the first poster directly. We will then send you the codes enabling you to personalize and order the other posters whenever you like, adding options if you wish. All posters ordered in a pack are delivered free of charge in mainland France.

To ensure an accurate, lifelike drawing, we ask you to send us photos that are as clear as possible (child, cuddly toy, toy, pet). Your child’s photo must be well-lit, to reproduce hair, eye and skin color as precisely as possible. The face should be uncovered, full-frontal and smiling (unless you want a poster with your child sulking, you do you!). The photo of your pet should show its coat and face in full. For the photo of the favorite nonsense, provide a photo of the silly thing as it is. This is the photo that will be represented on the vignette. Here are a few examples:

If the photos sent are of poor quality, Pastine will contact you to inform you and request new ones. This will lengthen the order processing time.

All the personal photos you send us are stored on a secure server belonging to our French hosting company OVH. They are used to produce personalized posters only. They are kept for two years to cover legal guarantees, after which they are deleted.

Creation times are 10 to 20 working days after order validation, depending on the period. Delivery is then made by Colissimo within 2 to 3 working days in metropolitan France, 5 to 7 working days in continental Europe and French overseas departments and territories, and 7 to 10 days in the rest of the world. All information on delivery times for specific orders (Mother’s Day, New Year’s Eve, etc.) will be posted on the website and on our social networks, so that you can place your order in good time. Once your order has been validated, you’ll receive an order confirmation e-mail. Pastine will then create your personalized poster by hand taking between 10 and 20 working days, depending on activity periods. Please do not hesitate to contact us for more information on current creation times. Once the poster has been created, we ship it using our Colissimo transport service. An order tracking number will be available in your customer area in the Orders tab, and an e-mail informing you that the package has been sent will be sent to you.

Our paper is ordered from a French company in the Vaucluse region, specializing in 100% recycled paper. We chose a beautiful 240gr milk fiber paper, FSC-certified and manufactured entirely without chlorine in the Netherlands. PH neutral. Multiple fibers are embedded in this beautiful recycled paper, giving it a natural, fine and elegant look.
