Delivery Informations

Delivery is free in mainland France for orders over €120, with delivery to a Colissimo pick-up point. 
The delivery price will be indicated before you confirm your order.
 

1. Delivery

Transport and delivery times in mainland France

 
Order processing time is between 10 and 20 working days, depending on periods. This time takes into account the time required to produce personalized posters. Once the order has been processed, the corresponding products are dispatched and delivered by the Transporter within the average times below (times not guaranteed).
If you have chosen Colissimo delivery to a pick-up point, remember to check that you have chosen the right pick-up point when you pay for your order.
For all orders in France, you can choose between several delivery methods:
 
COLISSIMO WITHOUT SIGNATURE
 
The parcel is delivered without a signature to the address you have chosen, directly to your letterbox if the format allows, or otherwise in person. You can track the progress and delivery of your order using the tracking number given to you at the time of dispatch, which you can find on your customer account in the orders section.
Delivery takes 2 to 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
 
COLISSIMO WITH SIGNATURE
 

The parcel is delivered with signature to the address you have chosen. If you are absent, a delivery notice will be left in your letterbox. The deliveryman will attempt a new delivery the following day. If no-one is home, the parcel will have to be collected from the nearest post office (still against signature). You will be able to track the progress and distribution of your order using the tracking number given to you at the time of dispatch, which you can find in your customer account in the orders section.
Delivery takes 2 to 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

COLISSIMO PICK-UP POINT
 
The parcel is delivered to the Pick-up Point you have chosen when finalizing your order. You will be able to track the progress and distribution of your order using the tracking number given to you at the time of dispatch, which you can find in your customer account in the orders section.
Delivery takes 2 to 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
 

Transport and delivery times in continental Europe, French overseas departments and territories and the rest of the world

 
In Europe, French overseas departments and territories and the rest of the world, delivery is via COLISSIMO INTERNATIONAL. The parcel is delivered with a signature to the address of your choice, directly into the letterbox. You can track the progress and delivery of your order using the tracking number given to you at the time of dispatch, which you can find in your customer account in the orders section.
 
For continental Europe and French overseas departments and territories, delivery takes 5 to 7 days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

For the rest of the world, delivery takes 7 to 10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
 
As Pastine is an individual company, orders to countries outside the European Union are subject to French VAT. They may also be subject to taxes and customs duties in the country of destination. These costs and related formalities are your responsibility. They must be paid directly to the carrier upon delivery. The customer is also responsible for verifying whether the products ordered can be imported under the laws of the country of delivery. We recommend that you contact the customs authorities for further information.
 
We recommend that you unpack the products in front of the delivery person. If, however, you find that the product is damaged, you must mention this on the delivery note, otherwise the deliveryman cannot be held responsible.
The delivery times indicated above are those recorded by the carrier. They are in addition to the time required for Pastine to create personalized products.
 

2. Order tracking

You can track the progress of your order at any time by logging into your account and visiting the Orders section.

3. Returns

You have a legal period of 14 days, from the date of receipt of the products ordered, to return them without having to justify your decision or pay any penalties, with the exception of the cost of returning the products, which remains at your expense and must be paid by you.
 
The following conditions must be met in order to benefit from an exchange or refund:
the product must be returned within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the product ordered by the customer,
the product must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged, unsullied and without any trace of use.
 
Products involving personalization (displaying surnames, first names, ages and any other personalization elements) do not entitle customers to exercise their right of withdrawal in accordance with article L121-20-2 of the French Consumer Code. They cannot be put back on sale and therefore do not give the right to an exchange or refund.
 
However, if the personalized product is faulty or arrives damaged, you can request a reprint and return. In this case, you must send a request within 15 clear days of receipt of the order, explaining the problem and sending photos. The entire order must also be returned by post (postage costs will be reimbursed if it turns out that the product was faulty) to the following address:
